Executive Summary
We have developed an integrated approach to building and renovating. In doing so, we have established access to knowledge for those previously denied such opportunities, as well as giving formal recognition of the skills that were obtained outside of formal building structures. Our Quality Management System, developed per NHBRC recommendations, will ensure that Netcobrite meets its objective of enhancing the quality of building and renovating in global. Our office based in Port Elizabeth, is well established and recognized to accommodate building needs and new development.
By following an outcome-based approach, in compliance with the legal requirements of the NHBRC, and in establishing a national client database, Netcobrite with its contractor’s agreements are one of the mechanisms for transformation and the development of work in all environments.
